Today, we had the immense joy of watching Evelyn, a girl from the Kasisi Children’s Home, whose dream was always to become a doctor. She once shared that dream with us — and today, it has come true.
After years of hard study, sleepless nights, exams, and internships, she is now holding her medical degree from the Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz in her hands. She has taken the Hippocratic Oath. She has become a doctor.
We look at her with pride and deep emotion. Sister Mariola — the “mum” of all the children at Kasisi — cannot hide her tears and says this is the most beautiful Mother’s Day gift she could ever receive.
Eva herself says that none of this would have been possible without you — the donors of the Kasisi Foundation. You believed in her and chose to give her a chance. Thanks to you, the greatest dream of her life has come true. Thank you for giving our children the wings to fly. Because of you, they are not afraid to soar high ❤️
