Precious Anastasia is 9 days old and was brought to Kasisi by her despairing father. The girl’s mother died in childbirth, the father is unable to support her, especially since his family completely turned him away.
As heartbreaking as it must have been, we know that Anastasia’s father made the right decision. At Kasisi, she will have a warm, loving home where she will have all her needs met. All of this is possible because of your support and the Sisters’ tremendous amounts of love. We don’t know who Anastasia will decide to become when she grows up. But we do know that she has a bright future ahead of her, and we will be there every step of the way, cheering her on. We encourage you to join us on this journey!
The metal cots and worn-out mattresses have lulled generations of Kasisi kids to sleep, but are now in desperate need of replacement.
