Today is a special day in Kasisi. The Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary is the patronal festival of our wonderful sisters. If it were not for them, there would be no Kasisi nor those hundreds of happy young people who have overcome life’s most difficult twists and turns to start an independent life. Thanks to the sisters, children who are only starting out on this journey get absolutely everything they need every day. Above all, love, care and safety.
And finally, if it were not for the sisters, there would be no us. It is thanks to them that every day we can experience what doing GOOD is like, and how it changes our lives as well.
Thank you very much DEAR SISTERS!!! All the good that comes to the children of Kasisi is done by your hands and hearts full of love and openness, ready to accept anyone, absolutely anyone, who needs help.
We wish you all the best!!!!
We hope that Christopher’s death, which was an unexpected tragic event for the whole Kasisi, will kick off a chain reaction of good. Because of this, we started the Christopher Sakala Fund. With this fund, we support children being treated on the oncological ward at the hospital in Lusaka.
