Over 8 years of constant and stable support, apart from the level of love and care that the sisters who run this home have always had for the children, practically everything has changed. Thorough renovations in the home, new places to play and learn, professional medical facilities and constant financial provision for medical care, hospitalizations and studies in the schools of their dreams. Each and every one of your small gestures, each and every sum of money you regularly donated to us, helped us to achieve that sense of security which can be seen today in our kid’s carefree, joyful eyes.

However, new challenges lie ahead. The home, which enjoys growing recognition from the authorities and is considered to be a model institution in Zambia, increasingly functions as a place offering intervention in the most difficult cases. We receive victims of sexual violence and human trafficking, as well as children with physical and mental disabilities. To provide them with the best possible help, Kasisi is constantly changing. With Sister Mariola we are planning the next big investment – building a new, professional physiotherapy room. In order to keep the transfers to Kasisi at the same level – now 42 000 USD per month – we also have to deal with the frantic exchange rate of the dollar. We know that with you we will succeed!
