The boy came to Kasisi on May 9, 2022. At the time of his admission, he was about 8 months old. He was found in the bush, where someone heard his cries in the night. Alarmed, they contacted the appropriate authorities, and social services promptly arrived to rescue him. Thanks to their quick response, the boy was brought to us. The sisters at Kasisi named him Michael. He is now in a place he can call HOME. Here, among us, he can be certain that he is safe and loved.
The metal cots and worn-out mattresses have lulled generations of Kasisi kids to sleep, but are now in desperate need of replacement.
Our dream is to make the babies’ bedrooms look like a truly homely, safe environment that is associated with warmth. Will you help us make this dream a reality?
