Robbson arrived at Kasisi along with his twin brother, Dawid. When we welcomed them into our Home, they were about a week old. It was a very difficult situation because the boys’ mother had passed away during childbirth. Their father, despite feeling deep love for his sons, was unable to provide the necessary care. Faced with the loss of his wife, he had to make the painful decision to place his children in an orphanage. His financial situation was dire, and he could not afford the formula needed to replace their mother’s milk. Additionally, caring for two newborns required more time and resources than he could offer. Unfortunately, the extended family was also unable to help with the twins’ care. Robbson stands out among the children with his outgoing and sociable nature. He is definitely more extroverted than his brother. He often approaches volunteers, winning their hearts with his charming smile. Full of energy and joy, he loves playing with cars and building with blocks.
The metal cots and worn-out mattresses have lulled generations of Kasisi kids to sleep, but are now in desperate need of replacement.
Our dream is to make the babies’ bedrooms look like a truly homely, safe environment that is associated with warmth. Will you help us make this dream a reality?
