The girl came to Kasisi a few months ago and ever since she found out that she would be getting such letters, it became a huge dream of hers: For someone to think of her. For her to be so important to someone. Natasha is sure her mum would have written to her but the woman died a year ago. The father spends all his time away from home, looking for work. These letters, full of good wishes and seemingly simple information about you, are a real support to these children.
But, dear parents of Natasha, you did not disappoint! 馃憦 She recently received just such a letter and a gift. After a moment of truly EXPLOSIVE joy, she immediately sat down to write back to her new Polish friend. Magda, you have given Natasha immense joy!
So, we suggest – pens in hand, and if you don’t have time for that, donate at least one chocolate to the kids via the link at the bottom. Why online? We would love to just pass them on directly from you, but the chocolates can’t withstand the heat when being transported – we have to buy them locally.
We are sure that one day you too will receive a letter starting with the words “Dear Anna…” or “Dear Pawel…” and you will feel first-hand what we see every day – the immensity of love that children return in multiples for every adoption, filled pantry shelf or just a heartfelt letter.
