It is Christmas in Kasisi almost every day. Almost every day a new person comes here and a new story begins.
For several days now, it has been a new start for two little sisters: eight-year-old Bupe Dorcas and one-year-old Asenati Chabu. They were brought to Kasisi by their dad, asking for help in looking after the children. Since his wife died, he has not been able to provide the care that such young children need. He himself works as a security guard and spends every night away from home.
Until now, the girls were being taken care of by their older teenage sister. To cope with her responsibilities at home, she had to leave school. Fortunately, from now on her life too can get back on track. Thanks to a place like Kasisi, her little sisters have found a loving HOME and she will go back to school in January.
Who will Asenati Chabu and the one-year-old Bupe Dorcas be in ten or twenty years’ time? That we do not know. What we do know is that in Kasisi they will get everything from the sisters and from you to have a happy, fulfilled life. If you want to join us in creating new, good lives of both sisters, visit their adoption profiles today.
Santa Claus never had it easy in Kasisi 😉 Over 230 children live here. Sister Mariola has already rushed to his aid and is quietly preparing presents!
Many of us still leave a free seat at the Christmas Eve table. Let one of our children sit at it this year (at a distance, but very much for real) and invite them to the table today!
