Joseph came to Kasisi together with his older brothers, Edward and Sydney. Their homeless grandmother brought them to social services and disappeared. From there the boys came to us. We know nothing about them, except that their parents are dead. We don’t know where they used to live, how long they wandered the streets with their grandmother or whether they ever had their own home or even their own bed. We are trying to find out more about Joseph and his brothers.
The metal cots and worn-out mattresses have lulled generations of Kasisi kids to sleep, but are now in desperate need of replacement.
Our dream is to make the babies’ bedrooms look like a truly homely, safe environment that is associated with warmth. Will you help us make this dream a reality?
