Judy suffers from cerebral palsy. The police brought her to Kasisi after her mother went to prison, where she will likely remain for most of her life. The girl’s father is unknown. Judy has physical therapy twice a day with trained professionals. She is doing well and is very cheerful.

How am I doing?

JUNE 2021
The girl has started having seizures and takes medication that helps her. She is happy and likes to be touched.  
MAY 2019
Judy is very sensitive to touch. We continue to do physical therapy with her. She enjoys being taken on walks by the older children. She is easygoing and calm.
JUNE 2016
She has regular physical therapy sessions but so far we haven't seen a big improvement. She is blind.

Urgent help needed

Christopher Sakala Fund

We hope that Christopher’s death, which was an unexpected tragic event for the whole Kasisi, will kick off a chain reaction of good. Because of this, we started the Christopher Sakala Fund. With this fund, we support children being treated on the oncological ward at the hospital in Lusaka.
