Your letters really do mean a lot, and the children look forward to them like Christmas! So what do you say? Shall we surprise them? Especially since the foundation team is already flying out to Zambia in a few weeks.
The children are very curious about you. Write about yourself, ask questions, and maybe they will tell you about their current dreams, which together we can make come true.
The children like receiving photos and postcards from you, so go ahead and put them in an envelope. Remember, however, that our luggage capacity is limited. If you want to give a gift to a child, let it be something modest, small and flat. Your gifts are sure to reach the children, and we will try to take photos of them as they open the surprises from you.
When the letter is ready and the envelope is sealed, send it to the address of our foundation (ul. Klarysewska 52C, 02-936 Warsaw), stating who the addressee of the letter is (the child’s name and age is sufficient). We also need to know who the letter should go back to, so you will make our postman’s job a lot easier if you enclose an envelope with the return address.
That is all. Now wait for the reply! We will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible, although this is also important – replying is each child’s own choice, we don’t force any of them to write back. Rather, we teach and show them how many wonderful friends they have on the other side of the equator.
